This covers:

1) Any repeat program you want to do at any start date in 2018

2) Additional content that is only available in the online fitness bootcamp group

3) Discount on any new programs and content created in 2018

Also if you want to do a full price bootcamp that you haven’t done before, you will receive a 50% off code (so £49.50 rather than £99) – this discount covers the £15 you have already paid for the month and a £34.50 discount as being an annual client)

£44 x 10 months (plus £10 deposit) – This is for £15 per month for online fitness bootcamp rate and a reduced £30 a month for full price BEST rate

The full price BEST early bird rate is £30 deposit and 10 x £34 – so you save £70 with this combo.

BEST program dates and details:

Starts on January 8th 2018 and runs through until the start of December with two x 3-4 week breaks in April and August.  The BEST Facebook group will open on Friday 5th January. Full BEST program details HERE.

Online fitness bootcamps dates and details:

The Sugar HIIT, Best Body, Tummy ATTACK and SELF-CARE programs start again on 15th January but the new 2018 online fitness bootcamp Facebook group will open on Monday 8th January . Details of our online fitness bootcamps are HERE

A reminder of what you get on the 2018 Online fitness bootcamps / group:

  • I’m bringing in two experts to help me make the Facebook group an incredible support tool!
  • Sarah Honey – my co-trainer on the Sugar HIIT & SELF-CARE bootcamps, former FFAP head trainer and someone who I’ve worked alongside for over 10 years) will be helping me manage the Facebook group and will head up more of the fitness side of things. She will be encouraging you all to focus on strength and challenging your body as well as providing bonus fitness video content via the page and some optional video package add-ons throughout the year.
  • Sarah will also be doing 10 fitness themed Q and As with me throughout the year that will only be released via this group.
  • Gill Harvey Bush who is my co-coach on BEST will also be coming on board to provide 10 x Emotional Eating and food/diet/belief/self-sabotage/mindset/habit type Q and As. These will all be included if you lock into the 2018 group
  • I will provide more of the family health, self-motivation, wine management, mums mindset side of things as well as top tips FB Lives and posting lots if inspiring things to help you feel great throughout the year!
  • The online secret Facebook group which will be known as the 2018 online fitness group and will be a place where you can all work alongside each other to help nail a positive fitness mindset, healthy eating, positive relationships with yourselves and getting the results you want to have (and keep). And of course that all-important CONSISTENCY!
  • The online bootcamps will still kick off every two weeks, but I wanted to provide something more on-going via the Facebook group to help those of you who have already done the classic 28 day bootcamps and would like to mix your training up /get support and new ideas / be inspired outside the programs you’ve already done.
  • Sarah and I will create mini challenges via the page too and it we are also creating lots of great add-on resources such as meal planning / fitness planning templates, mini challenge tick lists and lovely things like that! Again, all included!
  • In April there will be new bootcamps available – to most likely include a power walking bootcamp, a wine bootcamp and a potential collab bootcamp with me and Sarah (to be created once we get feedback from YOU as to what you’d like next!).
  • If you lock into the 2018 group, you will get discounts on these of course!

  • BEST is being made even better in 2018!
  • In 2017, all the weekly calls were updated (with fantastic feedback!) and for next year there will be new resources, such as monthly self-coaching EBooks to help you get even more out of the BEST experience. And, inspirational add-on tools such as planning and organizational templates, positive affirmations and belief-building resources.
  • Plus even more accountability and inspiration via the awesome BEST Facebook support group.
  • During 2018, Gill and I will be working with you all to also create the next level of BEST which will launch in January 2019
