5 minute arm warm up and stretch
6 x 10 minute workouts:
Body weight triceps 1 – The Triceps Crusher – Janey (no equipment needed other than a side of a sofa for one of the moves)
Workout summary: A combination of challenging shadow arms workouts with the notorious triceps skull crusher, this mini 10 minutes circuit that builds up with a killer finale for the last few minutes works every angle of your triceps!
Body weight triceps 2 – The Time Switch Triceps – Sarah (no equipment needed)
Workout summary: Think super setting combination triceps dips and triceps push ups with a variety of twists and extensions to leave your arms wobbling (your muscles not fat that is!)
Hand weight triceps 1 – Triple Triceps – Janey (you need 1 set of hand weights of around 2kg which you can buy for a few pounds on Amazon)
Workout summary: Overhead, kick back and lateral triceps triple combos mixed up with triceps dips for the ultimate 10 minute upper body blast!
Hand weight triceps 2 – Triceps Double Trouble – Sarah (you need 1 set of hand weights of around 2kg which you can buy for a few pounds on Amazon)
Workout summary: Weighted skull crushers (don’t be put off the name, the kill your arms not your head ha ha!), rows and extensions mean this really is the ultimate triceps killer workout. Learn to love the burn!
Bands triceps 1 – Bingo Bands Buster – Janey (you need a resistance band for this which you can buy for a few pounds on Amazon)
Workout summary: Combining a variety of triceps specific boxing bands moves with some simple but high effective triceps bands work that is delivered in a mini circuit fashion with a pulse pusher add on for the second round!
Bands triceps 2 – Triceps Under Tension – Sarah (you need a resistance band for this which you can buy for a few pounds on Amazon)
Workout summary – Triceps pull outs, extensions, pulses and holds, ensuring that no part of your triceps muscles are excluded. Ouch but WOW!
These workouts are BRAND NEW for summer 2018 and can be watched from any laptop, desktop, smart phone and tablet and can be downloaded too meaning you can watch anywhere and any time! You can also download the Vimeo app and save these videos to there so again, you don’t need a wifi connection to get stuck in!
