BEST 2018 – April intake
BEST is an annual mindset program designed to help women become the best versions of themselves and to create a life authentic to them. The BEST 2018 January intake sold out, but you can now reserve your place for the BEST 2018 April intake group now. There are only 15 places available on the April intake group and this program runs 30th April to end of July, break for August, September to November, break for December and January to the start of April where the program finishes.

28 day bootcamps – start anytime
Our four 28 online bootcamps (The Sugar HIIT, Best Body, Tummy ATTACK and SELF-CARE programs) are now available to start anytime. When you purchase your botch p you will also be given access to the online support and accountability group The Make It Happen Club where you will receive daily inspiration and advice from two trainers and coaches and work alongside other women working through a bootcamp
