Be the boss of your own time!

If we all slept eight hours a night, worked 9 hours a day and spent an hour a day eating, we’d still have six hours left over on a week day and 15 at the weekend. That’s a lot of time, don’t you think?

Admittedly we need to perhaps add in some travel time, chores, cooking, children if we have them and some fun or relaxation, but we all have the same 24 hours in the day and only we can decide how to spend it!

The fabulous Stylist Magazine have launched a campaign called ‘Reclaim your lunch hour’. I think we can all learn from this, whether we’re a city worker, Mum or a combination of the two.

The point of this campaign is that a) not only are we entitled to a lunch break at work but b) we really NEED one for our health, productivity and sanity!
