“I was surprised by how much I took from the Q&As. When reading the synopsis of the call I thought it wouldn’t relate to me and was surprised how often it did even in small ways but how the advice could be tailored for my situation”

“I feel stronger in my self and ability to trust my instincts. Previously deep down I would possibly have known how to approach a difficult situation either professionally or personally but not had the strength to stick to my guns or to stick to my core values. Now I feel better equipped to do that and have found myself advising others with salient points I have picked up over the year.”

“Be proud of who you are and what you stand for. Share this to help and inspire others. The world is yours for the taking, don’t let the opportunities pass you by.”
“I am enough. Simplify according to my Priorities. Love more and enjoy life.”
What advice would you give to someone who’s thinking about doing BEST but is unsure about signing up?
“It is like having a weekly / monthly reset of who you are and how important you are. It pushes you to explore areas you may have ignored previously but in a safe environment and with the reassurance that you are not alone. We are all feeling with things that may not be evident on the outside and together we can help each other.”
