I’ve got the fabulous food and fitness feeling!

Well on Monday I started another live online Body Blast with a wonderful group of women and I’ve been very focused with food and training, had the odd glass of wine – my ultimate combination!

Also on Monday, which is very unlike me, I had a splitting head ache and I felt really overwhelmed with the amount of work I had to do this week… So I spoke to my team, asked permission from some of my clients to adjust the timings of a couple of things and I spent the afternoon in bed, totally relaxing after I had been for a nice power walk . My parents have been away for four weeks now who are a massive help with my twins and when you’ve worked all week, then spent all weekend with your children, and not had enough downtime, something has got to give!

Just giving myself permission to take just a few hours out was priceless and as a result, I had a great night’s sleep, felt recharged on Tuesday morning and had some great training sessions. Plus what was taking me a hours in the office on Monday morning, took me minutes once I’d had some time out.

Motto for us all – BEND DON’T BREAK!

Here are my food diaries for the week including my training sessions:

How do you take your coffee? with milk?
I read the article about the washboard stomach in the Mail this week, loved it! Currently addicted to sugar, lattes and not taking care of my stomach health so hence my question on the coffee

    thanks and best wishes

Hi, Janey here… I have 1-2 cups of coffee a day with full fat organic milk (not very much and pretty much my only dairy intake)… I do treat myself to a latte once a week. I used to be a sugar addict, since giving it up (apart from the white wine that I love), it made a huge impact – appetite decreased, less hungry, easier to maintain / lose weight. White wine has 1st of sugar per glass, a banana 7, special K 8… so even though I have wine, my sugar intake is low. Have you done my FOOD BOOTCAMP FOR GIRLS? Its current;y on offer and there is a lot of sugar addiction stuff in there, along with about 10 hours of food diary analysis – the majority of which is helping people reduce sugar.. It’s only £35 at the moment (will go back up to the usual price of £60 soon), so I definitely recommend it to help you! Thanks Janey xx

Sorry that should say tsp (ie the equivalent to 1 tsp of sugar in white wine, 7 in a banana etc) – thanks!
