- These modules are available to you one week before the programme begins, giving you plenty of time to prepare and get the best out of the program. (Please do not panic if you have signed up to the bootcamp last minute as you can watch these once the bootcamp has started). The modules include:

- How to get your best body – Maximising results by learning about body types, training smart and getting the best results for you.
- The importance of good body function – Janey shares her eating principles, expert nutritional and lifestyle advice for you to follow during the bootcamp and beyond.
- Improving body image – How to have more confidence about your body and stop comparing yourself to others.
- Access to over six hours of online conditioning and bonus cardio workouts
- Conditioning videos using hand weights, a dynaband and your own body weights
- Mix and match the videos with your choice of cardio workouts such as power walking, running, swimming etc.
- Completely flexible if you want to mix and match with your current fitness program if you have one
- We also provide additional cardio online videos for anyone who needs to do their cardio at home
- HIIT sprint audios for those that want an extra push
