SELF-CARE fitness plan!

We believe that one of the biggest acts of self-care is to find at least 30 minutes a day for activity and exercise, no matter how busy you are or how much you don’t want to!

We also believe that some women will flourish from doing more than 30 minutes a day and/or tailor making their SELF-CARE fitness program to their individual requirements.

Please see below the Monday to Friday workouts we provide for you and refer to the SELF-CARE FAQ for advice on what to do if you want to blend these or have an easier / harder workout plan.

 

Week one:

Monday – Janey – Kick Boxing – Upper Body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Tuesday – Katie – Power Conditioning – Lower Body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Wednesday – Sarah – HIIT – Upper body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Thursday – Zoe – Yoga – Lower body focus with3 x 10 minute videos

Friday – Lauren – Cardio & core – All over body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

(There are also 4 x 10 ‘FINISHER’ videos provided by Janey, Katie, Sarah & Lauren which are a hardcore 10 minute blast which you can slot on to these 3 videos should you want an extra workout!)

We also provide 5 warm ups and 5 cool down and stretches for each day of the week too!

 

Week two:

Monday – Janey – Kick Boxing – Lower Body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Tuesday – Katie – Power Conditioning – Upper Body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Wednesday – Sarah – HIIT – Lower Body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Thursday – Zoe – Yoga – Upper body focus with3 x 10 minute videos

Friday – Lauren – Cardio & core – All over body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Week three:

Thursday – Zoe – Yoga – Lower body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos (repeated from week one)

Friday – Lauren – Cardio & core – All over body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos

Week four:

Monday – Upper body blast – Choose 3 (or 6!) of the previous upper body videos provided by Janey, Katie & Sarah.

Tuesday – Lower Body blast – Choose 3 (or 6!) of the previous lower body videos provided by Janey, Katie & Sarah.

Wednesday – Choose 3 (or 6!) of the previous all over body videos provided by Janey, Katie & Sarah.

Thursday – Yoga – Upper body focus with 3 x 10 minute videos (repeated from week two)

Friday – Choose 4 (or 6!) of the all over videos provided by Lauren and/or the 4 finisher videos provided by Janey, Katie, Sarah & Lauren.
