The SELF-CARE bootcamp – Week Four

This week it’s up to you what you do video wise over the next seven days… but we suggest doing split routine again, so upper body today, lower tomorrow, upper on Wednesday and so on.

You can mix and match trainers (i.e. do a KB upper, a power conditioning upper and a HIIT upper for example) – and feel free to do more than three videos!

Or if you prefer you can make this week just Kick Boxing or just HIIT or just power conditioning etc. And throw in the Cardio Core videos and/or yoga around them.

Choose the workouts that you either really enjoy or ones you know will challenge you the most (or both!).
