The Sugar HIIT bootcamp – Week 1

DAY 1

Day 1 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

Today is a cardio day…

If you are following the level one plan then today please do a 45-60 minute power walk. Or if you want to push yourself a little bit more, why not try a HIIT video and do the lower level?

Level two are required to do 3 x HIIT videos. Remember, these are High Intensity! If you need a break, or can only manage two, work to your own limits, give it everything you’ve go. Or if 3 videos is a bit much, why not do one or two, and then head out for a 30 minute power walk or run?! As long as you’re working hard, getting your heart rate up and being safe, go for it and enjoy!

DAY 2

Today is Pilates and Conditioning day!

Both level one and level two bootcampers are to do: 2 x Pilates videos and 1 x Conditioning arms

PLEASE DO THE PILATES WARM UP IN THE WARM UP MODULE FIRST…

Pilates 2 (password: MTE123)

Upper Body Conditioning 1 (password: MTE123) You will need a resistance band for this video

 

DAY 3

Day 3 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

Today is a cardio day, woo hoo!

Level one: Please do 45-60 minutes power walking

Level two: Please do 45-60 minutes endurance cardio

Make sure you warm up, make sure you stretch, but make sure you work your socks off!

 

DAY 4

Day 4 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

Today is a Pilates and Conditioning Day! Both level one and level two should do the following videos:

Pilates 3 (password: MTE123)

Pilates 4 (password: MTE123)

Lower Body Conditioning 1 (password: MTE123)

 

DAY 5

Day 5 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

It’s HIIT Day!!

Level one: 45-60 minutes of power walking

Level two: Sprint HIIT x 45 minutes (please use the 2 sprint audios, one is 20 minutes and the other 25 minutes! Click here to access or find them via the Welcome page)

 

DAY 6

Day 6 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

It’s a Pilates and Conditioning Day! Both level one and level two should do the following videos:

Pilates 5 (password: MTE123)

Pilates 6 (password: MTE123)

Upper Body Conditioning 2 (password: MTE123) You will need hand weights for this video

 

DAY 7

Day 7 email (which contains your daily audio, articles and exercise info)

Today is a rest day… relax and enjoy!
