As a mindset coach, I like to inspire by example. So when a recent holiday of a life time because an epic disaster, I knew I had to practice what I preach!
As the holiday disaster was unravelling, I really did do all I could to keep calm, positive and embrace everything that was going wrong. So many of my friends and clients said ‘How did you do that?!’. So I thought I’d put something together to help anyone that is dealing with things going wrong, whether big or small.
